Admission:

By entering SnowGlow Winterpark premises, all guests agree to abide by the park's terms and conditions, safety guidelines, and rules.

 

Safety Rules:

  • All guests are expected to follow safety instructions provided by park staff.

  • Use of equipment and facilities must be done responsibly to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Children's Supervision:

  • Children require adult supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety.

​

Liability:

  • SnowGlow Winterpark is not liable for accidents, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property caused by a customer's gross negligence or failure to adhere to the rules.

​

Tickets:

  • Tickets are for one-time use and are valid between November 18th 2023 and March 20th 2024. Each ticket grants entry to the park once, and once you leave the area, the same ticket cannot be used again for re-entry.

  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

  • Ticket for the SnowGlow Winterpark are sold using terms from the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Alcohol and Substance Use:

  • The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on park premises.

  • Intoxicated or impaired guests will be denied entry or removed from the park.

​

Refusal of Entry or Service:

  • SnowGlow Winterpark reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for safety, health, or security reasons.

Weather Conditions:

  • Given the unpredictable and uncontrollable aspects of weather, including factors like ice, snow, and temperature changes, it is important to note that occasional operational issues can occur during the season. Snowglow Winterpark wants to make it clear that we won't be offering any discounts or compensations for such situations.

  • Certain activities may be weather-dependent. The park reserves the right to adjust operating hours or close attractions due to adverse weather conditions.


Ice Skating:

  • Ice Skating can be hazardous. Participation in an Ice Skating session is entirely at your own risk.

  • Please bring suitable outdoor clothing as the Ice Skating is outdoors and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

  • Children of 12 years or under must be accompanied on the ice and remain under the control or supervision of a person of 16 years or over at all times.

  • Ice Skating is not recommended for those aged 3 and under.

Circus:

  • All seats for these shows are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

  • For VIP Circus ticket holders, ‘VIP’ boxes are also allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

  • Main seating area are not wheelchair accessible and are accessed via steps. VIP seats are also meant for people with disabilities.

Zorb & Pumper balls:

  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward other players, park staff, and property.

  • Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the game.

​

Funfair/ carnival games:

  • Respectful behavior toward other participants, park staff, and property is expected.

  • Cheating or unfair practices will result in disqualification from games.

  • Prizes or rewards won in Funfair Games may be subject to availability and change without notice.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • SnowGlow Winterpark reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the park's website.
